Services can be customized based on the Client’s security needs.
The levels of guard services are based on the Skills/Knowledge/Abilities of the Security Guard.
CSRM uniformed security personnel are all licensed by the state of CA.

Essentials - No Tie
This service consists of an unarmed, CA-licensed Security Guard who has completed our specialized in-house training program covering the Use of Force, De-escalation Tactics, Report Writing, and Defensive Tactics. The Guards are adequately supervised, and Clients can expect a high level of accountability through proper documentation such as Daily Activity Reports, Incident Reports, and Post Orders/Standard Operating Procedures.

Essential + - with red tie
service includes all the Essential Services; however, the Guard is certified to carry an exposed firearm while performing their duties. These Guards have successfully passed a California state-certified course of fire &; handgun proficiency examination, after which they must attend and complete the CSRM basic tactical handgun course &; score no lower than 80% on our course of fire, which is much more difficult than the state’s. We also require use-of-force legal training and semi-annual firearms qualifications.
Premier- red tie/vest
Service is intended for locations where the Guard has frequent public encounters &; must make complex decisions independently. These Guards have completed advanced training and perform at the same proficiency level (or higher) than our competitor’s Guard Supervisors’ skill and performance levels.
Premier + - customized to Client
Service is staffed with personnel who have mastered their trade as a security provider. This service includes skillsets such as:

Advanced Tactics
Understanding and Application of Legal Standards
Use of Force, and more!
Elite
CSRM’s Elite service offering is intended for the most complex and/or high-threat situations.
These individuals have excelled in the industry and likely hold nationally recognized board certifications; they are experts in weapons systems, and unarmed combat & are qualified to provide executive protection services, as well as organizational training.
